  This house is very nice, very well laid out and conveniently located. We had terrible Wi-Fi at the house and with all of the TVs are Wi-Fi so we weren't able to watch much when at the house. The internet speeds were around 1.80 Mbps. If the internet was running at acceptable speeds, this should be a dream home to stay in.

  We rented this property for an early Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren. It is very convenient to I-40, and had easy parking for our three vans. If you plan to cook, as we did, bring everything...very limited cooking utensils. King beds were nice but left no room for unpacking. Construction going on all around us but wasn’t a problem. Other than that, the theater room and game room were a big hit with the kids, deck was beautiful for enjoying the view, all new appliances worked well, plenty of bathrooms and SEVEN tvs! Management was great! We will definitely revisit!

  We had a wonderful experience golfing at the Sevierville Golf Courses. Our rental was very near the golf course. The "cabin" was a wonderful surprise as it was very neat, very new and provided all the space we needed. Even though there was a lot of construction going on around us, it didn't seem to be a bother. I would highly recommend staying in this location again. We are planning another adventure and will most definitely try to rent here again!
