    Nice accommodations. Needs some TLC. Damage to wall still there(stayed here for the last several years). Appliances showing wear but new refrigerator was a plus. Exterior lights were not on @ 8 pm Sept. 28. Trees need trimming, cannot see exiting stop sign. Limbs hitting vehicle.

    The property was nice needed a few improvements, but overall it was nice There was a dent in one of the walls when you come in there were no skillets to cook with And we needed it at least one more towel each
    The beds were comfortable The location was great but we never seen any management the whole time we were there and we didn’t get our free tickets. I was told we would get.

      Good morning, We will definitely get more cookware in the unit. This unit is actually getting a remodel this coming winter, consisting of new flooring and a new kitchen, and countertops. As far as the tickets the link to those are in your email that you received on July 5, 2024 at 10:28 am. There is a link that you click for digital tickets. It shows you opened and signed the paperwork that had that information in it. As far as not seeing management, we do not have an onsite office, but are available by phone 24/7. We have had several communications with you prior to your stay and even this morning, thru webchat. We hope you stay with us again and wish you safe travels home.

    As the one adult with two teens and one child, a safe and clean place was top of mind for me, as well as proximity to the convention center and local attractions.

    This unit did it all for me. After long days we each appreciated having space to spread out.

    It does need a frying pan for bacon, eggs and pancakes.

    The dishwasher wasn’t cooperative, in that the soap dispenser wouldn’t open. No biggie, we mostly ate out and I hand washed what we did use.

    The pool is tiny so if the pool is your jam, this may not be the best fit for your family.

    The location though is what worked well for us and I would stay here again.

    We did use the free tickets to do a few fun things in the area. I would buy three and get one of the adult tickets included free.

    We added on one extra day to extend our trip and the team was so friendly and helpful.
